Recompiling cgminer-3.7 to use both miners… encountered some errors after plugging in the 2nd block in cgminer-3.1

- Use USB Powered Hub
- Using USB Powered Hub with backpower and MicroUSB PSU wont burn your Pi
- cgminer-3.7 doesn’t need to specify the USB device path on linux
- Plugging your Blocks directly to RPi will eventually burn it
